Playables must fire "download" (CTA or end screen) and "complete" (fires download automatically after about 3+ interactions)
Never fire both together
Endcards and full-screen clickables fire only "download" (no "complete")
They are treated as full-screen clickables (FSC)
No size or file-size limit is stated in the article
Playables in the self-serve dashboard need approval from an account manager
