Video bit rate 4 Mbps min required, 50 Mbps max required (20 Mbps recommended). Constant frame-rate mode. Letterboxing/pillarboxing not allowed. Companion 300×250/728×90/300×60 (20 KB recommended). Tags: VAST 2.0/3.0 and VPAID 2.0 from approved vendors; two VAST wrappers max. Vertical 9:16 (1080×1920) and square 1:1 (1080×1080) social cuts are available as separate spec entries.
