IAB Standards CTV Interactive Overlay ads are horizontal 32:9 still images, measured at 1920×540 px, up to 2 MB per file, delivered as JPG, PNG, or HTML. They run in the Over CTV content placement on IAB Standards. Use these requirements to brief designers, validate uploads, and avoid creative rejections in IAB Standards's ad manager.

L-shaped or lower-third overlay rendered on top of streaming content. Must preserve content visibility and not obscure critical UI elements. Interactive elements navigable via TV remote (D-pad). Auto-dismisses after 10–15 seconds if no interaction. HTML5 creatives must be lightweight and performant on TV hardware.
